› Vikas is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahemdabad (IIMA). He has to his credit among many other achievements, the successful setup and profitable long-term management of various projects in the hospitality industry.

During his stint in the hospitality industry he's worked with some of the biggest players in India including; The Taj Group of hotels, The Park Group and ITC Luxury Hotels. He also has experience in the retail industry, where he has accolades for developing the food production operation at the Barista Lavazza, which is now generating an annual turnover of $2 Million Canadian Dollars.

Vikas is a business leader, who specializes in the setup organizations and large operations. His skills are in strategic planning where his passion allows him to focus on all areas including Sales and Marketing to Human Resources to Operational Issues, focusing on the micro level of each component.
